Warehouse info…

• Our 2 warehouses supply our stores with the system components and minerals necessary to maintain the water quality. These are Blue Jug specific and must be purchased from us.
• We also offer containers, marketing materials, home systems and other health related items at the lowest price possible – although, stores are not obligated to purchase these from us.
• We continually strive to expand our warehoused products and offer our stores the benefit of quantity wholesale purchasing.

Our Blue Jug water system(s)…

• Our standard system can produce 1500 gallons per day. 2’x5’ footprint.
• All natural, no electricity to make the alkaline and Hydrogen water. Reverse Osmosis, carbon filtration, UV and sediment. (FYI – correct terminology for our process is water with alkalinity.)
• Maintenance is very minimal.
• Stainless high-back 4 head dispensing sink w/ozone. 2’x5’ footprint. Other options available such as stainless low-back 4 head sinks, separate dual station Ozone rinser, etc.
• Hydrogen water system is included.
• 300 gallon tank. Depending on need, additional tanks can be added.
• Vending units available for 24/7 outside service.
• Rapid return of investment.
• Our minerals are the best in the world! We have done the research and have found and partnered with a company that has all the FDA, NSF, ISO, and WQA Certifications, In fact, we are their licensed dealer for the USA. Because of our partnership, we offer our family of Blue Jug store owners better prices than other stores are able to get.

Store owner support…

• Blue Jug LLC will also actively work to provide you with all of the information, education, and familiarization with the system, its components, its process, and its product.
• We use Slack to communicate, educate, train and support all of our stores.
• We have specific channels in Slack for Marketing, Social Media, Store Water System, Water questions, containers, etc.
• You will always be able to contact us and other store owners.

Store owners responsibilities…

• Each Blue Jug store owner is an independent business person, with almost 100% autonomous control (the exceptions being our system of making alkaline water and your use of our name and logos.)
• As an owner you will be able to decide what your ancillary products will be. This means you have the freedom to add products to your store that you think fits our model, but we also have a contact list of suggested vendors.
• Your leased or purchase location will have specific signage requirements such as a lighted box sign, channel sign, etc. We will provide Logo files. A local signage company will work with the city for installation and pull the permit. 
• Fixtures, shelving, your point of sale, etc. are all items that you will need to decide works well in your chosen space.
• Preparing your store for business, painting walls, finding products, etc. are all up to you, but we will gladly help and give you our experienced knowledge of what we have found is best.  
• Your store name will be Blue Jug. Full name is Blue Jug Alkaline Water & Health Market. Your store personal name would be Blue Jug of ________ (wherever you decide to open a store).

Non-negotiables…

• Water quality must be maintained by all Blue Jug licensed stores.
• All Blue Jug licensed store owners must maintain logo/brand consistency and recognition.

Financial specifics…

• For our standard store system, the total paid to Blue Jug, LLC would be $44,500 (does not include tax & shipping). Extras & different options such as adding a vending unit, extra tank, bigger sink, etc. would change that number.
• Additional unknown costs will depend on your retail space, municipality requirements, signage, setup, work needed and initial inventory. Average additional outlay can be upwards of $40,000 – $60,000.
• With your signed Wholesale Membership Agreement and Confidential Disclosure Agreement your first $7500 will be submitted to start the process of being in business for yourself.
